2015 saw me immersed in trying to stay afloat in my new home of Oregon and what better way than to ponder my interior, all of it. I might find an object like the truck for On the Bus and it tells me to make a trip.

The creepy skin like figures are encaustic (wax) covered and speak of my aging body. Maybe yours, but here we are living and kicking, enjoying the creative life.

Most of the figures are started with a wire apperature, covered with tin foil and then paper mache, and then layers of fiber embedded with wheat paste,then finally layers of chalk paint which I then sand through.

It was a great ride, 2015, and 2016 saw a new material totally enter my desire to make something out of nothing. For that adventure go to Skate Boards.
